Prophecy Fulfilled...

Hey guys another week down in Temecula!

So first off we had another lesson with Bridget! Went super well and she is definitely starting to see tender mercies in her life since she has started to meet with us! She shared a cool experience with us about how lots of her resentment she has had for a lot of people has just gone away, we were able tell her that that is the spirit and it can bring comfort and guide her in her life. She is not ready for baptism because of a few family matters that need to be resolved beforehand, but we are trying to get her on date so she has something to work for.

We weren't able to teach Shaelee this week because her parents didn't let her, didn't seem like a good sign, but then she and her mom came to church on Sunday! That is the first time anyone in her fam has been to church in like a year, pretty awesome!

Been doing a lot of service out here. So far I've helped two people move, helped a lady paint her house, helped the Bradshaw's with their lawn (like you saw) and we are helping another lady with some yard work on Tuesday!

While me and Elder Mann were walking on the street a fellow came up to us and asked us if we were Mormons, we said yes and then he proceeded to tell us all about how Joseph Smith was a devil worshiper and how he committed adultery and how he cut himself and then something about free masons. He was most definitely high, you could just smell it on him. And the whole time I was thinking about the talk that John Bytheway gave that said anytime someone bashes on Joseph Smith just thank him because they are fulfilling the prophecy that his name would be had for good and evil among all nations. So when he was done I said thank you and just walked away.

Love you guys, thanks you for all the bday messages I really feel the LOve!!!!

Reppin' my new mission shirt that's super legit.

This is a surfboard we found in our apartment that has a bunch of names of other missionaries who served in this area, so we got to add to the legacy.

My district at a little activity we did on Pday, we all dressed up like cowboys/cowgirls (or were supposed to, I went all out tho) and did some fun little games.
