CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA MISSION, leaving August 9th, 2017 to the Provo MTC.  His mission President, Glen B. Thomas and his wife Kim, are from Bountiful, Utah.  The President will be released to come home in July 2019, so Matt will have a new President the last month of his mission.
